What momos are
Momos are the dumplings Nepal is known for: a thin wheat wrapper folded around a spiced filling and steamed. At Trisara they come eight to an order, as a starter to share or a meal on their own, next to the rest of our Nepali and Indian menu.
For a full Nepali meal, pair them with our house-special goat curry, cooked on the bone.
